1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Fixora platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Fixora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notification to users.
2. Service Description
Fixora provides an online platform for managing bookings, payments, and client communication for service businesses. The Service includes: online booking, automated notifications, payment processing, and analytics reports.
3. User Account
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities conducted through your account.
4. Payments & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be modified with 30 days notice. Payments are processed through Stripe.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited: illegal activities, malicious content, unauthorized access, or reselling without written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Fixora. Using the Service does not grant you any intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fixora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Fixora may suspend access for terms violations. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Bucharest.
